2026年10月の合同展示に向けた制作を写真家渡部さとるさんの指導のもとで参加メンバーでディスカッションしていくワークショップに参加しています。（全12回で今回6回目）

ワークショップに申し込んだ時は「１年も先だしなんとかなるだろう」と思っていましたが、時間が過ぎるのは早いもので、もう半分が過ぎてしまいました。

ワークショップ含め、日々様々なインプットで自分の写真が少しづつ変わってきている感覚はあるのですが、展示のテーマはまだ何も見えず。。。少しづつでも形作っていきたいです。

今月のワークショップは新宿御苑で散歩しながら参加メンバーで撮影をしました。とても良い天気で、快晴時の絞り・シャッタースピードの実践、視界以外での感覚からの撮影を学びました。

I’m participating in a workshop led by photographer Satoru Watanabe, where participants discuss and plan their work for a joint exhibition in October 2026. (This is the 6th of a 12-part series.)

When I first signed up, I figured, “It’s a whole year away, I’ll manage somehow.” But time flies, and we’re already halfway through. Between the workshop and the various inputs I take in day by day, I do have a sense that my photography is gradually shifting — but the theme for my part of the exhibition still isn’t coming into view. I want to start giving it some shape, even little by little.

This month’s workshop took us to Shinjuku Gyoen, where the group walked and photographed together. The weather was beautiful, and we worked on aperture and shutter speed under clear, bright conditions, as well as shooting guided by senses other than sight.
